The build · Half of your fee
Live in 14 days.
If the build is not live in 14 days, the build half of your fee comes back in full. You keep everything built by that point.
For fitness coaches and PTs going hybrid or fully online
Done-for-you brand and systems. You coach. We build and run everything else: the strategy and your offer, attracting clients, converting enquiries, onboarding, delivery and the operations underneath. We start where you are stuck and keep what already works.

One engagement, Build + Run. Live in 14 days, then run for twelve weeks. More booked calls in 12 weeks. Or the engine half of your fee comes back.
Where to start
A coaching business runs on five connected systems. Most coaches have one or two of them working and do the rest by hand. Find the line that sounds like yours: that is where an engagement starts, and the diagnostic call confirms it.
Before anything is built
We analyse the whole business first: how you get clients, how you deliver, and what the numbers say. If your offer is the problem, we rebuild it with you: what you sell, who it is for, what it costs and how it is positioned. If it already sells and keeps clients, it stays.
Everything below is built to serve that strategy, and the weekly review can reopen it once the numbers come in.
Content is inconsistent, eats your evenings, or gets attention that goes nowhere.
Positioning and a content engine: we research your niche, write the scripts, edit what you film and post it. Thirty videos a month. You film.
Enquiries arrive and go quiet. Calls do not get booked, or get booked and do not show.
Lead capture, a CRM pipeline, follow-up that does not rely on memory, booking and reminders, and your sales call and DM scripts written for your offer.
Every new client means a night of admin before they have had a single session.
Payment connected to the agreement, intake, welcome and app access, so a new client is set up in the hour they pay, without you.
Check-ins run on memory, and you cannot see who is slipping until they have gone.
A delivery workflow, your coaching app set up properly, check-in tracking, missed check-in flags and client status you can read at a glance.
Too much of the business lives in your head, and nothing has a written owner.
Who does what and when, written down. Renewal reminders, reporting on retention and cancellations, and the numbers in one place.
Nobody needs all five at once, and a working system you already have stays. A coach with enquiries and no follow-up starts at the second line, not the first. A coach whose evenings go on onboarding starts at the third. What gets built, and in what order, comes out of the diagnostic call rather than a menu.
These systems connect, so one engagement usually touches more than one: fixing follow-up reaches the form, the CRM and the calendar. How an engagement runs.
How it works
Every engagement runs the same way, whichever of the five areas it starts in. The scope changes; the method does not.
The diagnostic call looks at the whole journey, from how someone first finds you to how a client renews, and the numbers you already have. Usually the bottleneck is not the thing you think it is, and usually it is not your coaching.
A website that converts, a CRM your team knows, a check-in routine your clients like: these stay. We do not rebuild a working system to make the project bigger, and we say so before the scope is agreed.
Which systems, in what order, and one number for all of it, in writing before anything starts. If something is not worth building at your stage, that is in the recommendation too.
The pieces are built connected, not bolted together: the form feeds the pipeline, the pipeline triggers the follow-up, payment triggers onboarding. Inside Build + Run, the first system is live within 24 hours and the whole build inside 14 days.
The path is run end to end with a test enquiry or a test client before you rely on it. Every automation is documented, every account is in your name, and your portal shows the numbers every week so you can see it working.
The engagement
More booked calls in 12 weeks. Or the engine half of your fee comes back. The strategy first, with your offer rebuilt if it needs it, then the build live in 14 days, then twelve weeks of the engine, a report every week and your portal. What gets built inside it follows your bottleneck.
The build · Half of your fee
If the build is not live in 14 days, the build half of your fee comes back in full. You keep everything built by that point.
The engine · Half of your fee
More calls booked in the four weeks ending at week 12 after launch than in the four weeks before we started. If that does not happen, the engine half comes back in full. You keep the build.
Three things on your side
Film two sessions a month. Approve or reject each edit within 72 hours. Return your onboarding answers within 48 hours. If one slips, the guarantees pause until you are back on track. They do not disappear.
We guarantee the build and booked calls, not clients or revenue.
The Axurium Portal
This is the portal you use to work with us: your numbers, the work in progress and the short list waiting on you. Approve a script, send your footage and review the finished cut. A portal for your own clients is a separate build, decided on the call.
Inside your portal

Every agency and mentor in this market names the same enemy. Posting. Their answer is to stop posting and buy ads instead. But an ad is a multiplier. It multiplies whatever you give it. Put money behind a message that never worked organically and you're not testing, you're paying to guess louder. You've read the exact price of that lesson at the top of this page. Organic finds what works. Ads scale what's found. The problem was never posting. It was posting blind.
So content doesn't arrive as a strategy document or a list of ideas. It arrives written. Your scripts land in your portal, built from what's actually working in your niche, and every one waits for your approval before anything moves. When you've filmed, you drop the raw footage link and our editors take it from there, briefed by the same system. Then we upload and post the finished videos to your channels. You never chase anyone, and nobody chases you.
The research comes first. We study what's breaking out in your niche and why it worked, then write the scripts from that, in your voice. If one doesn't sound like you, you say so in a note and it gets rewritten. The voice has to be yours, because you're the one saying it on camera. The engine runs at thirty videos a month, a video a day, filmed in two batch sessions.
The work

Built in 2022, before the agency existed. The copy, the offer, the funnels, the brand. Professionals were later paid $15,000 to replace it and delivered one unbranded page. This build outlived theirs.

Your brand here. This slot is for the next coach we take online. Book a call. Why Axurium exists
Anesti Marko, our founder, in his own words. This story is why the company works the way it does.
I paid an agency $15,000 to help grow my coaching business. After 24 days, they delivered one unbranded page. I won the money back. Nobody could give me the five weeks back.
I was a coach, already online, growing through referrals and content. I did what everyone says to do at that stage and hired an agency to scale it. The pitch was leads on tap, and 100k months within half a year. On the sales call they told me: the quicker you are, the quicker we are. I handed over everything they asked for within days.
It took them 24 days to launch. What I got was one page with no branding. A snippet copy-pasted into a CRM account. A community full of videos to watch, after being promised one-to-one. A couple of calls.
The ads were sold as a small test, about £30 a day, reviewed together before spending more. They launched at £100 a day without asking me and spent about £900 in a week. Zero calls booked. When I asked what went wrong, they said it was my accent. And the competition.
I never used a single thing they built. I didn't need to. The build I already had ran the whole business, and you can still see it below. I disputed the charge with American Express and won. Every dollar came back. The five weeks didn't.
Six years of building left me with two things. The skills to build the whole machine, and the knowledge that coaches like me get burned every day for not having them.
Axurium is that build, done for you. And it's why we will never promise you an income figure.
What that $15,000 taught me
The receipts
These are results from my own coaching accounts: first in English, then in Greek. Real dashboard exports, with the numbers beside them so you can read them on any screen.
Earned by the content itself, not borrowed from an existing audience.
Who you're working with
I know transformation from the inside. I was the overweight kid who rebuilt his body, lost it in the hardest season of my life, and learned what the second rebuild teaches you: it was never about the body. It's the life around it. That is what made me a coach. So when your clients tell you it feels impossible, I'm not guessing either side of that conversation.
The business started in the first lockdown, April 2020, with the gyms shut. By the end of 2021 I was coaching, and on 1 January 2022 I launched my online coaching business from zero, in English. Then, in November 2025, I did it all again in Greek. I never worked a gym floor. Online was the only door open, and it's the one you're walking through now.
I paid for help the whole way. Mentors and coaches to learn from, worth every penny. And one agency that wasn't. That story is earlier on this page. Paying to learn was the best money I ever spent. Paying for a promise was the worst.
That experience is baked into everything Axurium does. I built the exact machine we install, and I'm building my own personal brand in public right now, on the same playbook we hand you. As the agency grows, the team grows with it. What never changes is that nothing ships without being built the way I'd build it for myself.
And the mission is the same as it was on day one. Help people transform their lives, the way I transformed mine. Building the brand and systems for other coaches just lifts it to a bigger scale. Your clients become the people we help you reach.

Who this is for
Axurium is built for fitness coaches and PTs who already have something real: paying clients in person or online, or an audience with no machine underneath it. Going hybrid, going fully online, or already online and doing everything by hand: where you are starting from changes what we build first, not whether this works. What matters is that you will get on camera and film two sessions a month.
You know how to coach and you know what you sell. You are not trying to work out what the business is. You are trying to stop being every department in it.
Consistent income and results you can point at, or a following that has never been turned into a business. Either way there is something real here, and growth feels harder than it should because it all still routes through you.
Content is inconsistent, or enquiries are not followed up, or every new client means a night of admin. Tools do not talk to each other, too much lives inside your head, and adding clients feels like adding pressure. Which part it is decides where we start.
You have stopped looking for the cheap version. You know a real build costs real money and takes real involvement, and you would rather do it properly once than patch it for another year. That is the coach this works best for.
Who it's not for
FAQ
Because we'd be lying, and our founder personally paid $15,000 for that lie. Nobody controls how many clients you close except you, so we'll never promise you clients, revenue or an income figure. We guarantee two things we do control. The build is live in 14 days, or every penny of the build half comes back. And calls booked into your calendar: more in the month up to week 12 after launch than in the month before we started, or the engine half comes back in full. That isn't a lead count, which is easy to hit when nobody checks what's in it. It's calls on your calendar, measured against your own starting number, which we agree in writing before we start and which you watch every week in your portal. If someone promises you an income figure, ask them to put a refund guarantee behind it and watch what happens. And if they agree, read the contract line by line before you sign. The promise lives in the ad. The conditions that cancel it live in the small print. Ours are three things, and they're written on our terms page in plain sight.
Nobody does, and the diagnostic call is how we find your starting point. A coaching business runs on five connected systems: attracting clients, converting enquiries, onboarding, delivery and operations. Most coaches have one or two working and do the rest by hand. If you already get enquiries and lose them afterwards, we start with follow-up and sales, not content. If your evenings go on onboarding, we start there. A working system you already have stays. What we sell is one engagement, Build + Run, and what gets built inside it follows the bottleneck rather than a menu.
You shouldn't, yet. That's exactly why the offer is built the way it is. Your booking page is live and working within 24 hours, so you're judging real work by day two, not a proposal. If the full build isn't live in 14 days, every penny of the build half comes back. The systems we install are the ones our founder built and ran for his own coaching business, which you can go and look at right now. And you own every piece of it from day one, so if we're wrong about us, you walk away with everything working. We're asking you to judge the work, not the logo. Our founder is also building his own brand in public on the same playbook, so you can just watch whether we do what we say.
Each of those is one piece. A social media manager grows attention, then hands it back to a business with nothing underneath to catch it. A funnel builder gives you pages with no traffic to fill them. We diagnose first, then build what is actually missing, as one connected system: content, funnels, follow-up, sales, onboarding, delivery and operations, whichever of those your business needs. Then the content engine keeps it fed every week and the review reads the numbers and tells you what to change. That's the difference between renting a service and owning a business that runs without you.
Everything except being you. We study what's breaking out in your niche and why it worked. We write your scripts from that research, in your voice, and they land in your Axurium portal waiting for your approval. You film them, which for most coaches is a few hours a month. Our editors cut them from a brief generated by the same system, you approve the finished videos, and we upload and post them to your channels. Thirty videos a month, a video a day, filmed in two batch sessions. And every week a report in your portal: what went out, what it did, and what changes next.
If the table up top made you wonder: the number was never the problem. What it bought was. One fixed price, agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprises, and no number invented before we've seen your business, because quoting blind is guessing and you've read what we think of guessing. The diagnostic call maps what you actually need. It's one product: the build, then twelve weeks of the engine and the weekly review, and you'll hear one recommendation and one number for the whole thing. Half pays for the build and half for the twelve weeks, and each half has its own guarantee. If something isn't worth building at your stage, we'll tell you that too.
Inside 24 hours of kickoff your social strategy is built, your Axurium portal access is open, and a one-page funnel is live, branded to you, with a form and your calendar link taking real bookings. You move fast, we move fast: the clock starts when your answers land, not when the invoice does. The full build is done in 14 days, with a clear check-in at every phase. Nothing disappears into a black box. Our founder once waited 24 days for an agency to deliver a single page, so this number is not an accident.
No to both. The build is done for you, end to end: you answer the onboarding questions, review what we build, and get a full walkthrough at handover. The one thing we can't do for you is be on camera. For that, your scripts arrive written in your Axurium portal, in your voice, and you approve every one before anything moves. You read, you film, and we handle everything either side of it.
No, we write it. Your site, funnels, emails, offer wording, your content scripts, and your sales call and DM scripts are drafted for you, then refined in your voice until it sounds like you. Most builds stall for months because the client gets handed a blank document and asked to fill it in. We take that off you entirely.
Proven, boring-in-a-good-way infrastructure. A professional CRM and automation platform underneath, fast modern hosting for your site, and integrations that just work. You own all of it: accounts, content and data. If you ever leave, we export everything and transfer it into your own accounts, and it all keeps working. Nothing is held hostage if we part ways.
Yes, if you already have clients. The coach we built this for first is the one already earning online with nothing underneath it: every client produced by hand, every night, and it all stops when you stop. If you're a PT with a full floor, or a hybrid coach with a few clients online, going hybrid or fully online is exactly what the build is for: the strategy call decides what gets built first, so your in-person income is not put at risk while the online side is built around it. The one case we'll tell you to come back later is starting from zero, with no clients anywhere yet. Book a call and we'll tell you honestly if the timing is right, including if it isn't.
The machine is yours: your accounts, your content, your data. The engine is the part that keeps going: thirty videos a month researched, scripted, edited and posted, a report in your portal every week, a strategy call every month, and a call whenever you need one. It runs for twelve weeks from launch, and at week 12 it's measured: more calls booked than in the month before we started, or the engine half of your fee comes back. At the end of week twelve you choose: take full control of everything we built, or keep us on to look after it and make changes, on terms we agree in writing at the time. Whenever you leave, everything we built goes with you, still working. The term binds the fee, never the machine.
If your coaching business already has traction but the systems behind it are stopping you from scaling, we build the infrastructure around you, then run it. You stay the expert, you stay the face, you stay focused on your clients. We build and run everything else.
